Colombia Aponte Honey

High up in the mountains of Nariño, Colombia, the Inga community of Aponte is producing some of the most expressive coffees that we've tasted in a while. This lot is honey processed meaning the fruit is left on during drying which brings a deep, natural sweetness and a really silky texture to the cup.

We’re getting milk chocolate up front with a pop of orange zest and a toasted almond finish. It’s balanced, comforting, and easy to reach for. Enjoy!
