For us, the joy of every morning is the ritual of coffee and the company of others. It is the bustle of cafe conversation, the whir of coffee grinders, and the bubble of boiling water. It is an every day type of thing. A blissful dependability. A jolt, a quickening, a call to the afternoon ahead. 

Huxley is that classic you’ll want to return to again and again. It is that first sip of the morning type of coffee. A blend of Central and South American offerings, it is chocolate sweet and nutty with a creamy mouthfeel.

In Brave New World, Huxley often refers to coffee as simply caffeine solution. And when we come upon drowsy, early morning guests in our cafe saying, “Just give me the strongest thing you’ve got,” we know they want the quick fix to their slumber problem and this is what we pour them.
